SCI Advising Center appointment scheduler

Welcome to the SCI Advising Center appointment scheduler!
Current SCI undergraduates are encouraged to use this online appointment scheduling system to make a remote or in-person appointment with their SCI academic advisor. Please read the guidelines below for information on when to meet with an advisor and to confirm your eligibility to use the system. If you have any questions or concerns or are unable to use the system (ex. New transfer students, students considering a switch to SCI, etc.), please contact us at SCIAdvising@pitt.edu.
Meeting with an advisor:
All Pitt undergraduates automatically have a hold placed on their record that prevents them from registering for courses the next term until they have met with an academic advisor. All SCI undergrads are required to meet with their academic advisor at least once per term for advising, and so when you meet with your advisor, your hold will be removed by the next business day.
Even with your hold removed, however you will not be able to register for the next semester until your Enrollment Appointment date and time. This means it is your responsibility to meet with your advisor in a timely manner so that your hold is removed before your Enrollment Appointment date.
Using this system to schedule an appointment with your advisor:
All undergraduates currently enrolled in the School of Computing and Information are able to use this system to view their advisor’s availability and make an appointment.
Please note: If you cannot make an appointment you have scheduled, please log back in and cancel the appointment (or cancel then schedule a new appointment). If you do not notify us and do not show up, your account may be blocked from this system.
To schedule an appointment, please go to App Store on your phone and download an app "Navigate Student" or click on the SCI Advising Center appointment scheduler header/link at the top right of this page.
