Overview

PKWARE's SecureZIP is a compression and encryption tool for Windows. SecureZIP allows you to encrypt files on your computer and on portable devices such as USB keys and CDs. You can also encrypt file attachments in Microsoft Outlook.

This software is available at no cost to all members of the University.

It's also directly available from the Software Download Service via My Pitt (my.pitt.edu).

Additional Information

Students can also acquire this software or use it in the Student Computing Labs.
